DAWSON GILES

Pastor

Dawson serves with a passion for reaching the lost and helping believers grow in a deeper relationship with Jesus. His ministry journey began as a student pastor in Tennessee, where he served for three years. He then spent a year and a half in Montana as an associate pastor and church planting resident. In 2021, Dawson married his wife, Ivee, and together they have one daughter, Laney. Family is one of his greatest joys and a central part of his ministry. When he's not serving the church, Dawson enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors. A unique part of his story is that he came to know Christ as a young boy in the heart of New York City. Whether he's preaching, discipling, or building relationships in the community, Dawson is committed to seeing lives transformed by the love and truth of Jesus.

ALLIE HILLMAN

Secretary & Treasurer

In addition to her role at RBC, Allie is a part-time Parents as Teachers educator for the Russellville school district and a stay-at-home mom to her three kids, Rowen, Luke, and Adalynn. She is married to Devin, who claims to be the “funny one” in their relationship. Allie enjoys reading and spending time with family and hopes to serve the church well in her staff role.

STEPHEN SCHNIEDERS

App/Communication Admin & Assistant Secretary & Treasurer

Stephen brings more than ten years of financial/data analyst experience to his position at RBC. He and his wife Abby have three young boys, and they all enjoy spending time outdoors. Stephen also likes woodworking, gardening, coaching, and has reached Guinness World Records fame for attending the loudest stadium in history -- a Kansas City Chiefs game that reached 142.2 decibels! His goal is to serve the church and bring glory to God by promoting the use of church resources to help make disciples of Jesus

BETHANY WEBER

Children's Director

Bethany and her husband Adam have attended and served at RBC since 2006, and they love to connect with young families. Formerly an elementary art teacher, Bethany traded in her paintbrush for an SUV and is busy raising four children. Bethany has never met a stranger, and those extrovert skills help her make every child in the kid’s ministry feel welcome and know they are loved by God. Her goal is to see kids walk in the truth of Jesus as they grow.

TONY AMOS

Middle School Director

A lifelong Russellville resident, Tony grew up at RBC and has worked in our student ministry for more than a decade. He is joined in this calling by his wife Alicia, and their daughter Emma is the youngest member of the middle school youth program. Tony is an avid Missouri sports fan, rooting for the Tigers, Royals, Cardinals, and Chiefs. He’s a podcast nerd, baseball cap collector, and woodworker. He also appreciates a quality writing utensil and recommends everyone purchase a .5mm Uniball Jetstream Ballpoint Pen because “it will change your life!” Tony’s goal is to partner with parents to help disciple their children. He and Alicia have a heart to see students learn more about God, His Son, and His Word, being so full of the Spirit that they can’t help but tell what God has done in their lives by sharing the Gospel.

CHRIS BRIZENDINE

High School Director

Chris works as the Media and Technology leader at the Missouri Baptist Convention. He enjoys fishing, hiking, and all things outdoors. Chris and his wife Rachel are a great team, serving together at home raising two daughters, at RBC in the high school ministry, and at Russellville High School as volleyball coaches. Chris wants to help high school students find their identities in Christ. He hopes they see that Jesus is the One who directs their paths and ultimately know the greatest need for every person they meet is to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

SCOTT LORING

Worship Director

A Kansas City native, Scott and his wife Heidi now reside on her family farm just outside of Russellville. Scott is the Behavior Interventionist at California Elementary School, where he has worked since 2008. In his spare time, he also covers the Kansas City Chiefs for FanSided. When they’re not wrangling chickens, ducks, geese, goats, cats and dogs, Heidi and Scott are probably playing with their three beautiful human children, Kellanne, Emerick, and Renara. Scott has been to the Pyramids of Giza, but he has never dove headfirst into a body of water. He is grateful for the privilege to serve RBC by bringing its members closer to the throne of God in worship.
